Turkey
Ingredients
- turkey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- a pinch of white pepper
- olive oil
- 6 slices bacon
- stock or water for basting
Preparation
1 Clean the turkey, wash and pat dry with a paper towel
2 Coat it with olive oil and rub with salt and pepper. Lard the turkey with slices of bacon.
3 Baste with stock as the turkey roasts.
