Chicken in sauce
- 4 chicken fillets
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml sour cream
- 100 g blue cheese (Gorgonzola)
- 50 g grated cheese
- pinch of nutmeg
- a pinch of white pepper
Wash and pat dry the chicken fillets.
Place the fillets into the glass bowl.
In a plastic bowl, combine the heavy cream and sour cream. Add cubed blue cheese (Gorgonzola) and grated cheese.
Pour the cream and cheese mixture into the glass bowl with the chicken fillets. Season with a pinch of nutmeg.
