Chicken in sauce
Ingredients
- 4 chicken fillets
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml sour cream
- 100 g blue cheese (Gorgonzola)
- 50 g grated cheese
- pinch of nutmeg
- a pinch of white pepper
Preparation
1 Wash and pat dry the chicken fillets.
2 Place the fillets into the glass bowl.
3 In a plastic bowl, combine the heavy cream and sour cream. Add cubed blue cheese (Gorgonzola) and grated cheese.
4 Pour the cream and cheese mixture into the glass bowl with the chicken fillets. Season with a pinch of nutmeg.
