Poached eggs
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Preparation
1 Pour hot water (approximately 70 °C) into a non-perforated dish. Add a tablespoon of vinegar.
2 Carefully crack four eggs into the water.
3 Place the dish into the oven.
