Cannelloni
Ingredients
- 10 crepes
- 10 slices ham
- 10 slices cheese (Gouda, Edam)
- ketchup
- 100 g canned mushrooms in brine
- flour
- eggs
- breadcrumbs
Preparation
1 Make 10 savoury crepes (French pancakes).
2 While still warm, spread ketchup over them and top with ham, cheese, and mushrooms.
4 Prepare the ingredients for the crumb coating. Add salt to the eggs, to taste.
5 First, roll the cannelloni in flour, then in eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
6 Fry the coated cannelloni. Place them on a glass baking dish.
