Make 10 savoury crepes (French pancakes).
While still warm, spread ketchup over them and top with ham, cheese, and mushrooms.
Prepare the ingredients for the crumb coating. Add salt to the eggs, to taste.
First, roll the cannelloni in flour, then in eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
Fry the coated cannelloni. Place them on a glass baking dish.
