Sauerkraut and carniolan sausage (Slovenia)
Ingredients
- 2 pairs Carnolian Sausage
- 500 g sauerkraut
- 4 whole black peppercorns
- a pinch of ground red paprika
- 2 cloves garlic
Preparation
1 Season the sauerkraut with paprika, pepper, and garlic. Mix well.
2 Place the sauerkraut and sausages onto the perforated baking tray.
