Ingredients

  • 500 g fish fillets

Preparation

1 Season to taste.
2 Place the food into a vacuum bag.
3 Vacuum and seal the bag and place it onto the grid in the oven.

recipe bottom heater + fan + steam 70 °C 30 min grid 2
This is an automatic programme. When you set quantity, the oven automatically sets other parametres: heater, temperature, cooking time.
