Ingredients

  • fish
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of white pepper
  • a pinch of rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 sprigs parsley

Preparation

1 Clean the fish and pat dry with a paper towel.
2 Coat the inside of the fish with chopped garlic and parsley. Add rosemary, salt, and pepper to taste.
3 Place the fish on the wire rack and insert a baking sheet a guide lower to serve as a drip tray.

This is an automatic programme. When you set quantity, the oven automatically sets other parametres: heater, temperature, cooking time.
