- 8 large tomatoes
- 500 kg potatoes
- 15 g margarine
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons milk
- a pinch of salt
Cook the potatoes until half done. Let them cool down and mash them. This will be the base for the stuffing.
Combine the mashed potatoes with egg yolks, margarine, milk, and salt. Slice the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out most of the pulp.
Stuff the tomatoes with the mixture of potatoes, egg yolks, margarine, milk, and salt. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
