Cottage cheese soufflé
Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 500 g cottage cheese
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 1 pack baking powder
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
Preparation
1 Beat the egg whites. Mix other ingredients with an electric mixer.
3 At the end, gently fold in the egg whites.
4 Pour the mixture into a glass baking dish.
