Soufflé – sweet
Ingredients
- 200 g rice
- 1 l milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 100 g butter
- 80 g sugar
- grated lemon zest
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
Preparation
1 Cook the rice until half done in salted milk.
2 Let the rice cool down; then fold in the butter, sugar, egg yolks, and lemon zest.
3 Beat the egg whites and fold in with rice. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Tip: This dish can be served sprinkled with grated chocolate or with homemade compote.
