Chocolate muffins
Ingredients
- 310 g flour
- 225 g margarine
- 225 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 pinches salt
- 10 g baking powder
- 50 grams chocolate droplets
Preparation
1 Beat together margarine and sugar until the mixture turns soft and pale. Add one egg at a time and beat.
2 Finally, gently fold in the mixture of flour, baking powder, and salt
3 Add the chocolate droplets.
4 Fill the muffin moulds to 3/4 of the mould height.
