  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon curry
  • stock

Preparation

1 Wash the fillets and pat dry with a paper towel.
2 Season with salt, pepper, and curry.
3 Baste with stock as the meat cooks.
