Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon salt
- a pinch of pepper
- a pinch of basil
- a pinch of balm (melissa)
- 4 juniper berries
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 shallots
- 2 carrots
- 2 sprigs parsley
Preparation
1 Rub the meat with salt, pepper, and other seasoning.
2 Oil the baking dish and place the meat onto it.
3 Line the meat with shallot, carrots, bay leaves, and parsley.
