Roasted beef
Ingredients
- beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
Preparation
1 Rub the meat with salt and pepper.
2 Spread mustard over meat and sprinkle with mustard seeds.
3 Oil the baking dish and place the meat onto it.
