Salmon au gratin (Scandinavia)
Ingredients
- 250 g salmon
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- olive oil
- 50 g butter
- 3 slices white bread (without crust)
- 4 sprigs parsley
- 1 shallot
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 150 g fish stock
Preparation
1 Coat the glass baking dish with olive oil. Place salmon fillets on the baking dish. Drizzle some lemon juice on the fillets.
2 Combine butter and bread (crumbs), chopped shallot, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Spread over the fillets. Add fish stock and wine.
3 Place the baking dish into a preheated oven.
