Scallops
Ingredients
- Scallops
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 100 g grated cheese
- 4 slices prosciutto (chopped)
Preparation
1 Chop the garlic and parsley, and add olive oil.
2 Pour the mixture over the scallops.
3 Put some prosciutto into each scallop shell, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
