Braised fish
Ingredients
- trout
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of white pepper
- a pinch of basil
- a pinch of rosemary
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 sprigs parsley
Preparation
2 Add some olive oil into a glass baking dish and place the fish onto the oil.
3 Add dry white wine and lemon to taste.
