Ingredients

  • 4 hake fillets
  • 100 ml white wine
  • dill
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • a bunch of parsley
  • lemon juice

Preparation

1 Season the fillets with all herbs and spices and drizzle with lemon juice.
2 Place the hake fillets in a large glass baking dish.
3 Pour 1 dl of white wine over the fish.
