Fruit pulp
Ingredients
- 3 apples
- 3 pears
- 2 apricots
- 500 ml water or milk
Preparation
1 Peel, core, and pit the fruit.
2 Cut into smaller pieces and place in a glass bowl.
3 Add water or milk. When cooked, mash with a fork or purée with an immersion blender.
