Strudel – sweet
Ingredients
- frozen strudel dough
- 500 g cottage cheese
- 300 g sour cream
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
Preparation
1 Mix together cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs.
2 Defrost the strudel dough.
3 Spread it and fill with jam or jelly.
4 Roll up the dough, brush the roll with oil, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
