Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lukewarm water
  • 75 g flour
  • 75 g cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation

1 Whisk the egg yolks together with sugar. Beat the egg whites and lukewarm water until firm and dry.
2 Add egg whites to the yolks and sugar and gently fold in the flour combined with cornstarch and baking powder.
3 Grease the shallow baking sheet with butter, or line it with parchment paper. When the dough for the roll is done, turn it around carefully.
4 Spread, for example, a mixture of mascarpone, heavy cream, and blueberries over the dough and roll it up.
5 Let it cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
