Butter cake
Ingredients
- 170 g softened butter
- 175 g confectioner's sugar
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 175 g flour
- 150 ml warm milk
Preparation
1 Whisk the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar into a creamy mixture.
2 Add beaten eggs and milk and continue whisking.
3 Separately combine the flour and the baking powder and gradually, while stirring, add them to the wet mixture.
4 Grease and dust the baking tray or line it with parchment paper, and pour the batter into it.
