- 170 g softened butter
- 175 g confectioner's sugar
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 175 g flour
- 150 ml warm milk
Whisk the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar into a creamy mixture.
Add beaten eggs and milk and continue whisking.
Separately combine the flour and the baking powder and gradually, while stirring, add them to the wet mixture.
Grease and dust the baking tray or line it with parchment paper, and pour the batter into it.
