Rich fruit cake
Ingredients
- 170 g margarine
- 170 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 230 g flour
- 3 g baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 230 g raisins
- 170 g chopped dry fruit
- 1 tablespoon rum
Preparation
1 Whisk together the margarine and sugar. Add flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
2 Separately combine dry fruit, raisins, and rum, and add to other ingredients.
3 At the end, gently fold in the beaten egg whites and put the cake into the oven.
