Cheesecake in mould – shortcrust

Ingredients

For the dough:
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 80 g sugar
  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 1 egg
  • grated lemon zest
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar
For the filling:
  • 5 egg whites
  • 100 g sugar
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 750 g cottage cheese
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 30 g cornstarch
  • juice and grated zest of one lemon

Preparation

1 Prepare the shortcrust. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
2 Roll out the dough on the paper, matching the bottom of the mould. Beat the egg whites.
3 Combine all ingredients for the filling and pour into the mould.
