Buckwheat bread
Ingredients
- 500 g buckwheat flour
- 250 g rye flour
- 500 g white wheat flour
- 80 g butter or margarine
- 50 g yeast
- 25 g salt
- 200 g walnut kernels
- 100 ml boiling water
- 400 ml lukewarm water
- 10 g sugar
Preparation
1 Pour boiling water over buckwheat flour. Let it cool down.
2 Add water, salt, rye and white flour, yeast, and melted butter or margarine. Knead with an electric mixer.
3 Add cleaned walnut kernels to the kneaded dough. Let rise. Score and bake.
