Mark runs for Livability
On 26th April, Mark Hassall, Gorenje’s sales support administrator will start his 26.2 mile run to raise money for Livability.
The London Marathon is an annual long distance running event that is sponsored by Virgin Money, attracting more than 35,000 runners from all over the world.
Mark’s chosen charity, Livability, gives disabled and disadvantaged people the chance to live a life with integrity. The charity ensures everybody receives support, education and independence regardless of who they are.
“After running for Livability before and knowing what a wonderful charity they are, I knew I wanted to raise money for them again. I am a confident runner however after suffering an injury during training, I know it’s still going to be quite a big challenge.”
With a target of £1,500, Mark has agreed that he will dress up as Wonder Woman if the target is hit.
“I really want to hit my target and I would really appreciate any help, support and donations. And besides – who else doesn’t want to be running around London dressed as Wonder Woman!”
Help Mark reach his target by donating and sharing his fundraising page!
