Gorenje ensure the highest degree of safety to the functioning of its’ appliances, as a result, the company Gorenje invites the owners of fridge-freezer models : RKI ORA E and RK ORA E, bought in 2007 and 2008 to check the serial number and article number.
Under certain circumstances a potential fault may occur on one of components of the affected models that may cause a hazardous failure. The Models with the potential problem have serial numbers up to 753xxxxx and article numbers 178343 and 178689. Serial numbers for this period will start from 701xxxxx and finish at 753xxxxx.
The model, the serial number and article number of the fridge-freezer are printed on the rating plate which is located of left inner wall of fridge section next to the vegetable drawer, which looks like this: If you are concerned that you may have an affected fridge-freezer, please call :

This will facilitate a free of-charge appliance check-up and modification if necessary.
Although the said failure is minimal, Gorenje is taking a precautionary measure by announcing this safety notice to its’ customers ensure the highest degree of safety to them. IMPORTANT NOTE : This safety notice does not affect any other Gorenje fridge-freezers that do not match the listed model, serial and article numbers. |
