If the power should fail >>>

Some of our freezer compartments feature two cold packs, prolonging defrost time by 40% if the power should fail. These cold packs are also very handy for picnic, where they can be placed in cooling bags to keep the content cold.

Alarm system >>>

The display tells you whether the fridge and freezer temperatures are correct. Normally, the fridge should be +4-5 °and the freezer -18° or lower. If the freezer becomes warmer than -13° due to power failure, an alarm sounds to warn you and the temperature begins to blink on the display. Due to a memory function the display shows the highest temperature reached. If you leave the fridge or freezer door open for more than a minute, an alarm will remind you to close the door.

The European energy label helps you to compare and choose the right products for your household. In addition to capacity and efficiency data, it provides information about energy consumption. A, B, and C stands for very low and low. Energy class A Most Gorenje models have achieved an A in energy consumption, some of them even A+.
