- 500 g ground meat
- 2 bread rolls
- 1 egg
- 100 ml milk
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 ml tomato sauce
Crumb the bread rolls and soak them in milk.
Season the ground meat with salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley.
Drain the bread rolls and add them to the meat. Add one egg. Shape the meat mixture into small balls.
Arrange the meatballs on a baking tray and pour tomato paste over them.
