Risotto

Ingredients

  • 1 courgette/zucchini (approx. 250 g)
  • 1 small onion
  • 250 g rice
  • 2 chicken fillets
  • half teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • a pinch of celery

Preparation

1 Shred the zucchini, onion, and chicken fillets.
2 Combine with rice and season. Place in a non-perforated dish and add 4 dl of tap water.
3 After twenty minutes of cooking, stir the risotto.
