Preparation

1 Season to taste.
2 Place the food into a vacuum bag that is suitable for sous vide cooking.
3 Vacuum and seal the bag and place it onto the grid in the oven.

For this recipe choose STEAM function and set parameters as suggested in the recipe table (temperature, time).
