SmartControl: Simple control for each cooking zone

Since every cooking zone is fitted with its own module including a dedicated program timer and touch control device, cooking time can be set for each zone separately. After the set amount of time expires, cooking zone will be automatically switched off, which will be signalled by a beep. Cooking progress can be accurately set with nine power levels. All functions are displayed by intelligible symbols. This affords perfect control over your cooking – without any fuss!

Extremely easy to clean

Since the induction hob is only heated underneath the pan and temperature adjustments are effective immediately, the danger of boiling or spilling over is minimal. Hence, nothing gets burnt and stuck onto the hob! In case of accidents, simply wipe the surface. A damp soft cloth will do.

Instantaneous operation

Induction hob works twice as fast as a gas cooker; moreover, it is more economical and safer. It only heats the bottom of the pan while the remaining hob surface remains cool and safe to touch. Switching on and off, and temperature control, work instantly and the hob cools down very quickly. Since the temperature is immediately adjusted upon your command communicated by a simple touch, there is less danger of boiling over. Furthermore, some tasks such as melting chocolate, making sophisticated sauces and other temperature-sensitive masterworks are much simpler.

Timer

The countdown timer can be set for up to 99 minutes. If the optimum cooking time for a particular dish is known from experience, the timer can be set and the hob will switch off automatically when completed. A beep will signal that the food is ready.
