The top glass shelf, in those Gorenje fridges witch have a special hinge, consists of 2 shelves. They can either be used together as one normal-sized shelf, or as a smaller shelf that slides partly under the other to make room for tall containers or bottles on the shelf below.

Strong glass shelves >>>

Gorenje’s glass shelves are made of safety glass. They are highly resistant and can carry up to 40 kg. They also stay cooler, prevent spillage of food onto lower shelves, are easier to clean and provide stability for smaller food packages.

Cooling drawers instead of baskets  >>>

New freezing drawers have replaced the wire baskets to prevent cold air from escaping, thereby saving energy. And to make cleaning much easier, frozen food can no longer drop from one box to the other. Each drawer features a special side handle so it can be more easily pulled out. The very durable drawers can also be pulled a long way out without risk of tilting.

Room for large bottles  >>>

The door in a Gorenje fridge is more spacious and equipped with shelves you can adjust to suit your needs. A special bottle trap helps to prevent tilting and tipping over. You can even store large two-litre bottles.

Shells on ice >>>

Gorenje’s fridges come with ice trays you can use to make ice cubes in the shape of a seashell. This makes it easy to add a nice little touch when you are serving drinks.
