Component description

1. Control unit

Advanced control unit allows the following:

  • Simple control
  • Monitoring the operating parameters
  • Clearly laid out display

2. Condenser unit

Stainless steel allows a long useful life.

Efficient transfer of thermal energy:

  • Flexible panel geometry
  • Optimization of asymmetry of distribution channels
  • Low flow resistance on the water side of the heat exchanger

Low circulation pump power consumption.

3. Evaporator

Spiral evaporator was developed especially for the water/water heat pump.

Welded compact construction is highly resistant to oxidation.

Less sensitive to water quality.
The new stainless steel heat exchanger provides a high level of protection from corrosion and accumulation of iron on the interior surfaces of the heat exchanger.

4. Scroll compressor

Through years of use, the "scroll" compressor technology proved an excellent choice as it delivers higher efficiency rates as well as silent and above all reliable operation.

High efficiency rate.
Scroll compressors deliver high efficiency rates as they are optimized and purpose-built for a particular range of operation.

Silent and still operation.
Exclusively circular motion of all electromechanical parts allows silent operation without considerable vibration.

Reliable operation even in extreme conditions.
Scroll compressors operate reliably even in the harshest of conditions.

5. Flow switch

Protecting the system from damage.
Lack of fluid could result in disturbances in the flow, such as inadequate or completely stopped flow of brine. In such cases, the fluid in the evaporator could freeze and thus damage the evaporator unit. (It is located on the fluid connection, on the rear side of the heat pump.)

6. Damping foam

Excellent sound insulation:

  • Allows silent operation of the equipment
  • Depending on the power, sound pressure level is at approximately 40 dB.

7. Anti-vibration damper

Preventing the transfer of motor vibration to the housing
The foam effectively dampens vibration that would otherwise be transferred from compressor to the entire housing.

Allows silent and still operation of the heat pump.

8. Internal heat exchanger

Increased usage of thermal energy
Returns the energy that would be dissipated into the environment, back to the cooling system.

Protects the compressor from influx of liquid refrigerant.
The compressor is protected from potential influx of liquid refrigerant as a result of overheating of the evaporated refrigerant in the interior heat exchanger.
